The Corvaer 10Q Series is a pneumatic nutplate drill motor engineered for aerospace manufacturing and MRO environments where precision, speed, and repeatability are non-negotiable. Designed as a twin spindle drill, the 10Q simultaneously drills and countersinks both rivet holes in a single automatic cycle — eliminating the need for manual repositioning between holes and dramatically reducing cycle time on nutplate installations.

Powered by a 0.75 hp air motor with hydraulic feed control, the 10Q delivers countersink depth accuracy of ±.001" and allows depth adjustment in .001" increments, giving operators the tight tolerances required for structural airframe assemblies. Variable rivet hole spacing is adjustable from 0.3" (7.6 mm) to 1.0" (25.4 mm) on the standard model, and the M mini spindle option accommodates closer-center nutplates down to 0.219" (5.6 mm). Interchangeable pressure foot assemblies — available in double wing, single wing, and offset configurations — make it easy to adapt the tool to the specific nutplate design and access constraints of each application.
